Many are perplexed when, when asked about an uncommon feature of Facebook or the blog, I reply that I have never used it and have no idea what it is. There are so many tools and they evolve so quickly, that it is not humanly possible to know the details of everything. Others are perplexed when I say that there is no one way to gain attention and credibility. I know people who have incredible visibility on YouTube, others with the Blog or Facebook.
