I have ran stock and poly in the past. This year I am converting to the steel as I am going low friction and want to free up the front end.

The super stock I have ran stock rubber bushings but I'm leaning towards using steel next season.
On a side note… the lower a-arms I got with the chassis had stock Camaro lower ball joints installed but they were stuck and wouldn't move. So I fired up the smoke wrench and heated up area surrounding the ball stud… after a little heat and some lube they move as freely as a low friction joint. I'm not sure of the brand, of if they have any plastic inside, but I'm tempted to use them. First I'd like to find out what brand they are do some research to find out how they are built.
